    鲜百合具有润肺止咳、宁心安神功效。而白果则有通畅血管、改善大脑功能、延缓老年人大脑衰老、增强记忆能力、治疗老年痴呆症和脑供血不足等功效。

    Step 1

    把全部材料放入沸水中略烫待用。Blanch all ingredients into boiling water, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    热锅加入麻油1汤匙,然后加入全部材料拌炒均匀。Heat some sesame oil in wok, toss in all ingredients and stir well.

    Step 3

    加入调味料翻炒均匀即可上碟享用。Add in seasoning, stir well and arrange in plate.
